In an attempt to improve the way the dealerships perform their sales, Hyundai has launched a series of new test methods.
Hyundai has announced that it will introduce a new ‘Performance’ test in the coming weeks, which will measure a dealer’s performance on a variety of tests.
Hyundais new test measures how well a dealership performs on an array of different types of tests including:Automotive performance such as acceleration, cornering, traction, corner clearance, and cornering gripThe dealership performance is calculated by taking into account factors such as the manufacturer’s vehicle and customer satisfactionThe test will measure how well the dealer is able to handle customers with a variety a variety options, such as:Engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, fuel economy, interior, powertrain, and a variety the dealer offersThe new test is being tested in the UK and Germany, and is expected to be rolled out across the entire Hyundai network in the first half of 2018.
Hyunais customers have been asking for an in-depth look into the dealer performance for some time, and this new test could answer some of the more pressing questions about how well each dealership is performing.
